Vibrating feeder is designed for pre-crushing and screening coarse crusher evenly conveying bulk materials design. Feeder with double eccentric shaft vibration exciter structural features to ensure that equipment can withstand the impact of the whereabouts of the bulk material, to a large feed capacity. Application Of Vibrating Feeder

Vibrating feeder in the production process, can the massive, granular materials from silos in uniform, regular, continuous feeding device to go into the subject, continuous uniform feed for broken machinery production line in the sand , and coarse screening materials, widely used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries crushing and screening equipment.

Working Principle

Vibrating feeder is the use of a vibrator in the eccentric rotation of the centrifugal force, so that the screen hand, vibrators and other moving parts as mandatory continuous circle or an approximate circle movement. Feeder is made to the trough body, exciter, spring bearing, gears and other components. Vibration source tank feeding the exciter vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pair composed by motor through V-belt drive axle, and then by the drive shaft gear driven shaft rotation, active and passive reverse rotation axes simultaneously, so that the tank vibration, continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of transporting materials.
