Vibrating screen mainly used for mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

Vibrating screen in the most concentrator applications, according to the different transmission mechanism, can be divided into the following categories: eccentric vibrating screen, Vibrating Screen, self-centering shaker, resonance screen.

Vibrating screen is the use of a reciprocating rotary shaker type vibration transducer excitation arising from the work. Oscillator on rotating weight makes the screen surface to produce flat whirling vibration, while the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface to produce cone rotary vibration, and its effect is to make the combined effect of the screen surface to produce complex spin-type vibration. Vibration locus is a complex space curves. The curves in the horizontal plane projected as a circular, whereas in the vertical plane of projection is an oval. The regulator, rotating hammer excitation force can change the amplitude. Adjust the upper and lower hammer spatial phase angle, you can change the shape of the curve trajectory of the screen surface and change the trajectory of the screen surface materials.

Vibrating Screen, Feeding Machine

A Y Vibrating Screen mainly consists of screen box, screen net, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis and other components. The side plates are made of high-quality steel plates. They are connected with the beam and the exciter base by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The cylinder-type eccentric shaft exciter and the eccentric block are used to adjust the amplitude. The vibrator is installed on a side plate of the screen box. Driven by the motor, the eccentric block of the vibrator would rotate at a high speed under the motivation of triangular belt. High-speed rotation further exerts strong centrifugal inertia force to stimulate the screen box move in a circular motion within specific amplitude. During operation, materials on the inclined screen surface are subjected to the impulse transmitted from the screen box so that they are put in a continuous throwing motion. When materials fall onto the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen size are sieved out to achieve classification.
