Application Analysis of Impact Crusher

Application Analysis of Impact Crusher

There are two commonly used crushing processes, basically all need to use jaw crusher, impact crusher and so on. The basic production methods include:

  • 1. Two-stage crushing process has two types of open circuit and two-stage closed circuit. The crushing products obtained by the two-stage open-circuit crushing process are of coarse particle size, which can only be used in simple small concentrator or industrial test plant without pre-screening. In this case, when the cement and water content in the raw ore is high, small concentrators can also be used in order to make the production go on normally. The small concentrator can deal with the crude ore with small size in underground mining, and in the second stage, when the impact crusher with large crushing ratio is used, the two-stage and one-closed-circuit crushing process can be adopted.
  • 2. The three-stage one-closed-circuit crushing process, as a preparation operation for grinding, has been widely used. Whether the ore is mined underground or open pit, as long as the mud content of the original ore is not high, it can be effectively adapted. Therefore, concentrators of different sizes can be used.

Compared with three-stage one-closed-circuit crushing process, the crushed products obtained by three-stage open-circuit crushing process are coarse in size, but it can simplify the equipment configuration of crushing workshop, save capital investment, and often need to use impact crusher. Therefore, this process can be used when the feed size requirement of grinding is not strict and the rough grinding of grinding section is bar grinding, as well as when dealing with argillaceous ores with high water content and restricted by topography. When dealing with ores with high water content in mud, it is not as easy to block the screen and crushing chamber as the three-stage closed-circuit process. The crushing process of three-stage open-circuit and bar mill does not need complicated closed-circuit screening and transportation of returned products; and the bar mill is less affected by the change of feeding ore size, and the discharging ore size is uniform, which can ensure the operation stability of the lower grinding operation; at the same time, the dust produced in the production process is less, so the labor hygiene strip can be improved. Pieces. This process can be used when grinding products are required to be of coarse grain size (gravity concentrator) or to treat brittle (tungsten, tin) and high specific gravity (lead) minerals. Only when dealing with very hard ores and large-scale concentrators can the four-stage crushing process be considered in order to reduce the crushing ratio of each section or increase the total crushing ratio.

Crushing Process With Ore Washing Operation

When the sludge content of raw ore (-3mm) exceeds 5-10% and the water content is greater than 5-8%, fine particles will stick together and aggravate the production conditions of crushing process, such as blockage of crushing chamber and screen hole of impact crusher, equipment accident, blockage and leakage of storage and transportation equipment. In serious cases, production can not be carried out. At this time, ore washing facilities should be added to the crushing process. Adding washing facilities can not only bring the potential of equipment into full play, but also make the production go on normally. Improve labor intensity, and can improve the recovery of useful metals, expand the use of resources. Ore washing operations are generally set before and after crushing, depending on the size of raw ore, water content and the structure of washing equipment and other factors. Ore washing equipment commonly used are washing screen (grid screen, vibrating screen, cylindrical screen), trough washing machine, cylindrical washing machine, etc. After washing, some of the purified ores need to be crushed, and some can be used as qualified grade. The washed mud can be discarded if its grade is close to that of tailings, and it needs to be sorted if its grade is close to that of raw ore. In order to make the counter-impact crusher produce safely and normally, the secondary ore washing is carried out on the screen, the products on the screen are crushed roughly, and the products under the screen are washed again into the vibration screen. After the second washing, the product on the screen enters the medium crushing, and the product under the screen enters the spiral classifier to classify and desliming. The classified sand return merges with the final crushing product. The classified overflow is buffered by the concentrator, and after dewatering, the separate fine mud grinding and flotation are carried out.
