In the process of production, ultraifne mill can bring benefits to the production line. It is not only related to the performance of the machine, but also to the operating conditions in production.Conditions include many aspects. Feed control of ultraifne mill is very important. It is related to grinding efficiency and grinding particle size of mill. Therefore, it is very important to control the factors related to feed.

Feeder in ultraifne mill adopts electromagnetic vibration feeding mode. Point vibration machine is a two-particle directional forced vibration system consisting of trough body, vibration fork and armature. The whole electro-vibration feeder should be suspended freely, and there should be a certain swimming clearance around it. There should be no collision between material and feeder, so as to avoid noise when working. Sound, after installation, the screw used for locating and connecting fork inspection should be loosened (three above and one below the vibrator). After loosening, the locking nut should be tightened.

Open the back cover of the vibrator of the ultra-fine mill, check whether the air gap between the core and armature is 1.8-mdash and whether it is parallel and clean in the range of 2.1_, and check whether all the bolts are loose, especially the clamping of the core and armature and the plate spring bolts, and all the normal back cover. No-load test is carried out by electrifying and adjusting potentiometer, gradually increasing from small to small, adjusting the amplitude, observing the change of amplitude and current, the amplitude is 1.75 | mdash; 5%, the current is 0.6-mdash; 2.5A, working continuously for more than one hour to see whether the amplitude and current are stable or not, and whether the screw in each part is loosened or not.

Under all normal conditions, open the gate of the ultraifne machine silo for material transportation, and observe again whether the amplitude and current are stable, and whether the feeding quantity meets the requirements. If the amplitude and current are rated, if the feeding quantity still does not meet the requirement, the vibrator can be hoisted into a downward inclination angle, which can meet the feeding requirement in time, but the larger inclination angle does not exceed 20 degrees.
